We loved the service and the people but a 60% price increase with no warning is price gouging. It should not even be legal but your industry is unregulated. We were forced to pay it while we were away from the area but moved out as soon as we could. I would never recommend your company to anyone, in fact I would warn them to stay away unless they can get at least a 1 year price lock. It just business for you, but it created a real financial hardship on us that we could do nothing about.

Very easy to use, secure storage, and, importantly, easy to cancel when it was time. My only gripe is that there should be more handcarts available during busy times.
