Staff very helpfull!

Storage locker is fine. The fact that I am paying $20.00 a month for mandatory insurance for a small storage unit is unreasonable. I will be looking to move my items out as soon as possible.

Your on site manager Brandi is awesome! She is friendly and accommodating. She made renting and storing our furniture easy. I would recommend this location of cube smart to anyone.

Great customer service!

Our 2 rented units had water damage from a leaking valve on the sprinkler system. Ours were the only units to have damage and ruined many family items and furniture that had to be thrown away. Our insurance deductible was $5,000 so we couldn’t file a claim. Brandi helped us with a month rent discount and during our clean up.

Climate unit and right size.

The facilities are good, staff is friendly and efficient. Only issues were that the parking lot often had nails or other debris in it (sure it was people moving things in carelessly but still, it was a minefield for my car tires) and other renters freuently blocked aisles and access points for long periods.Also didn't like that there was no swap unit option, only cancel and rent on a new account.

The employees were always very nice and helpful. The facility was always clean and well organized card for readily available and access to get in and out was always easy.
