Because the entire time you guys have spent your time raising the fees to a ridiculous amount!!! Not good business at all!!

The storage experience was fine. No issues. Turning in my storage room was another matter. I stopped by at 1:45, there was a note on the door saying they’d be back at 3. I came back around 3:30 to a note on the door saying they were out and would be back at 4, but I could see someone inside so I knocked. She rolled her eyes and came to the door and asked me what I needed. Despite me standing in the pouring rain she did not ask me to come inside but proceeded to ask me my name, and unit number, while I’m getting soaked. Then she proceeded to tell me that it was her lunch break and that she’d email me. Not a pleasant experience for certain.

Very easy service, everything was ready for me and the customer service was great and friendly

The pricing is misleading, acting like you’re getting a discounted rate plus first month free and then requiring me to pay for a monthly lock and insurance plus a one time fee when I did all the work online.

They are very clean

I’ve had other storage units and they were not very nice and sticklers for “rules” over customer service. Cube Smart at this location was so kind and helpful. When I moved out, I forgot to check after movers and was in a hurry to meet them at new home. The next day I left a message asking if I needed to come sweep the unit out or anything and they had already taken care of it! So kind and truly helpful at a super frantic busy time of moving! Meant so much!
