The pricing is misleading, acting like you’re getting a discounted rate plus first month free and then requiring me to pay for a monthly lock and insurance plus a one time fee when I did all the work online.

They are very clean

I’ve had other storage units and they were not very nice and sticklers for “rules” over customer service. Cube Smart at this location was so kind and helpful. When I moved out, I forgot to check after movers and was in a hurry to meet them at new home. The next day I left a message asking if I needed to come sweep the unit out or anything and they had already taken care of it! So kind and truly helpful at a super frantic busy time of moving! Meant so much!

You're prices are outrageous. Your policies are terrible and you go up continuously. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CS AGAIN. I'm a Realtor Broker and I refer people to storage places weekly. Never again will I refer them to CS

Easy on line rental. Very organized facility.The only issue I have is , I reserved the unit with a reservation for the 24th. Without my consent it was advanced to the 20th. The unit is brand new and spotless. I have a 5x8. Very happy. I have waway to much clut
