I have rented here before and had nothing but wonderful experiences. The manager Tracy is beyond phenomenal, the property is so clean, I have never had mice or anything get into my stuff and I could go on and on. It is a well kept and managed location.

The times there has been an issue you’ve shown yourselves or your system incapable identifying problems BEFORE escalation. I’ve never “been late” my recollection is twice I directed both payments to one unit another time the payment “vanished” on your system though you issued a receipt collected notation - your system issued an unexplained error message (I provided) and you have the nerve to post a warning you can’t receive bank payments (paraphrase). It’s not likely you have better customers than me. I can’t imagine your treatment of others. For the record the local staff is excellent - but for them I’d have moved long, long ago.Not worth the aggravation and arbitrary and often fees. After one of my units was broken into, You raised my rent on a new empty unit BEFORE I could even move in!

Your fee raises are arbitrary.and your ability to identify issues is non-existent. I’ve rented a unit from you for approximately 20 YEARS and

The price increase was just too much. The staff is amazing but the units themselves are not worth the money. Being charged .

Bad customer service,units leak water an damage half my stuff an nobody is trying to do anything about it.an the rent doubled the 8 months I was there 2 of them months my door was broke an the only thing I got out of that was another unit no discount nothing.

Very clean, so far been very quiet. Easy to get in and out. Owner is very friendly and was helpful with the move in process
