Never had any issues with my storage unit, or getting access. The staff has always been extremely nice. The hours of which I am able to access my unit is extremely fair and helpful when I have a busy schedule.

I had a great experience the past almost four months that rented a storage unit.

Great customer service. Units let rain and and debris in.

The climate controlled units building has a strong and continuous smell of dead rats. During my time emptying the unit, a medium size rat, stopped by to say hello. The unit 296 was leaking water, and some of my documents got damaged, as well as some wood furniture. If the items are stored in a climate controlled unit, costing way more that an external unit, the environment and conditions of the item stored shall be a lot better than what I found in mine.

Surprised charges at time of rental. Lisa failed to communicate clearly the insurance charges ahead of time when asked via email.

I had a good experience overall. If someone happens to ask me about a good storage company I'd definitely recommend you all.
