Customer service is great, price is great. Security of unit and clean, not that great.

Misrepresented safety of units. Contents of climate controlled units were covered with mold & mildew, including $10,000 Oriental rug damaged beyond repair from moisture, plus rats, rats' nests and feces.Had Cube Smart/Safe Smart insurance which denied responsibility for rats, mold, or mildew, despite advertising stating --Cube Smart provides "Peace of mind knowing your items are being stored with care” and “At Cube Smart, we provide a variety of climate-controlled storage units to keep your items in their best shape.”Rates tripled in three years.Staff stated rats, mildew, mold were not their problem!Unscrupulous company! Will not take responsibility for damage & loss--their insurance "doesn't cover that"

Cube Smart advertised the advantages of "climate controlled" storage, but did not provide it as evidenced by mold and mildew on many item in the unit. In addition, rat nests and feces were in the unit. Manager admitted she was aware of rats but "it's not our fault because people leave food in their units." There is a rule against that, but no efforts are made to enforce it. Certainly not MY fault that mold, mildew, and rats lived in my unit! No efforts by Cube Smart to help with the issue; indeed, I was told, "you are responsible for getting this out of the unit." Professional movers would not put any contaminated items on their truck. I am now stuck trying to find anyone to empty this unhealthy, dirty unit."0" score because I would not subject anyone to such broken promises, unprofessionalism and arrogance.In addition, while aware of rats and choosing not to notify the customers, Cube Smart tripled my rent! Why would anyone deal with this company?

The staff is very knowledgeable of the storage needs of people who are in transition and need clean and safe premises to store their belongings. The administration of the CubeSmart facility on Morse Road is professional and able to consider the customer in many situations.

I have never had one complaint I was with you and that storage for almost 30 years when I got it it was clean and I sure hope I left it clean. You employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very very kind. Thank you for such outstanding. Excellent employees.. furniture.

The customer service representatives were very friendly and very empathetic to my needs. They're also very fast and getting my unit the same day and within less than a half an hour.

I think that over the years the Facility has started to become neglected. Gutters needed repaired, storage units were rodent infested. Service wasn't prompt. Doors wouldn't stay up or the inner lining fell apart
