My stuff was in storage for 24 hours the next day I got a phone call from the supervisor saying that to my broken in my storage. I believe it was an inside job.very upset never again

The phone representative and in person rep both did an excellent job making sure they found exactly what I needed and made sure the move in was smooth and stress free. The in person rep Mr. Jeff was extremely helpful and he made sure I knew all the codes and that access was ready and easy.

Because there is to much theft going on an there is no security cameras for the entire property an there is people living in the units

The property I was at, not very secure. Our unit had an attempted break in, we moved to a bigger unit and then it was broken into and we lost so much.The staff was horrible to deal with from the top down.I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I rented an indoor unit. My unit was broken into, there are no cameras on the property, inside smelled like smoke, several lights inside did not work. Manager stated that break ins are frequent there.

Thefts and break ins. Holes in the fence line with a clear path of travel from the thieves. When reporting to the office it was disregarded.

My unit was broken into twice in a 2 1/2 month period. They were supposed to replace the plate where it slides and you put the lock after the first break in and as far as i know it had not been replaced when it was broken in the second tome. I stopped in and called. After the second break in I called to speak with someone at corporate she wasn't any help then spoke to district supervisor he wasn't helpfulNoone with this company seems to care about customer satisfactionI think that the issue of break in should be addressed

Paid online. Spoke to location. Explained I was coming from out of state. Location told me they put combination lock on unit, gave me combination to lock and pass code for gate. Hired 4 men to unload. Got to unit on Saturday and no combination lock...keyed lock. Had to pay 4 men as they showed up. Had to get storage with another company. Called location Monday Jeff was great. Ended up calling corporate as still no call from district manager.
