I had my own protection plan from my home insurance. Lady at desk informed me that once you reserve online , i will help you to waive protection plan fees ($16). I went on same day to waive that fees. I was denied to waive for 1st month. This is fraud. I need $16 as i have my own insurance and all required documents provided on same day to office and they added in the system.

Price and the gates r never locked

Customer service is terrible at the unit location. I also stored a motorcycle in the unit for 3 months. I went to take it out, and it was rusted. How?? It was inside a unit.

Homeless people living in the units, trash all over the property, homeless people peeing in front of my unit. The gate never works. Employee is never on time in the morning to open the gate. I will not use this company again.

Good service

It is unfair to try taking possession of someone things for non payment of the storage. I feel you should just be kicked out the storage if you cannot pay. All it is holding your belongings that's it
