Homeless people living in the units, trash all over the property, homeless people peeing in front of my unit. The gate never works. Employee is never on time in the morning to open the gate. I will not use this company again.

It is unfair to try taking possession of someone things for non payment of the storage. I feel you should just be kicked out the storage if you cannot pay. All it is holding your belongings that's it

Not having 24 hour access and having to get out of my car to enter the access code was a pain. Having to shovel in front of my unit was the final straw for me.

The gentleman who was filling in at my location did not seem interested in helping me or he was confused. The regular person who manages that facility is wonderful!
