The young lady in the office greeted me with a smile. She was respectful and helpful.

Location availability was great price was reasonable. Anytime I was in need of assistance it was easy able to be reached. I hope to not have to use them again any time soon however if I was to need them again I would definitely use there storage again in the future over some of their competitors due to the great service

Everything is perfect besides the roaches around the place. That’s why I’ve given a 7 rate.

The initial rental and time I used the unit was great! After I removed my belongings and no longer needed the unit was HORRIBLE! I was harassed by phone, email and text about being late and possible lien. I sent several emails stating I was no longer using the unit. So obviously, the follow-up was ABSENT!
