It was a very easy and simple process. The associate I worked with was polite, knowledgeable and professional. Many storage options to choose from and great location. Clean!

Nice facility and friendly, helpful staff. There was a bit of confusion about realizing when the locker was vacated, but it was resolved. We brought a lock, but it didn’t work so we bought the lock they provided for $20+.

The process was convenient, cheap, and easy to use. Being open for most of the day every day of the week is also super helpful.

Clean, great customer service.

We only had a slight confusion on the code to the facility, but we got that resolved in a couple of minutes when we were checking in so other than that we had no issues. Also, we did bring our own lock, but it didn’t fit in the storage locker lock opening so we had to buy the one from them for ~$21.
