The initial rental and time I used the unit was great! After I removed my belongings and no longer needed the unit was HORRIBLE! I was harassed by phone, email and text about being late and possible lien. I sent several emails stating I was no longer using the unit. So obviously, the follow-up was ABSENT!

Nice facility and friendly, helpful staff. There was a bit of confusion about realizing when the locker was vacated, but it was resolved. We brought a lock, but it didn’t work so we bought the lock they provided for $20+.

The process was convenient, cheap, and easy to use. Being open for most of the day every day of the week is also super helpful.
