website was a bit confusing on if I could access my unit same day just took a chance and it worked out and I wish it gave directions to the location of the building with my unit in it had drive around a few times looking for the number.

Staff was friendly and helpful and showed me all the units I requested well dressed snd professional very knowledgeable about the business and I would definitely recommend friends to use Cubesmart and to ask for Terry
