Had a good experience through and through.Did everything online initially and they had everything ready for me sameday. Loved the auto pay .The location was safe and elevated so no worries of flooding .Safe neighborhood.

It costs considerably more than I was anticipating based on my initial search. It was not clean and I had to sweep out spider webs, eggs, dead bugs and leaves.

When my husband and I moved back to Columbus we had rented a unit that was owned by a different company for a great price, we never had to worry about security but soon after CS bought them our unit was not only broken into and items taken but CS had no security and the gentleman that was working there at the time had no idea what to do. CS’s answer was to give us a free month and move us to a different unit because the handle was destroyed. The insurance was a joke, I went thru such a ridiculous process just to be told that if I don’t have any receipts for the items taken there was nothing their was no sense in continuing my claim. The fence around the perimeter had multiple holes in it, LARGE and when I mentioned it the guy said that “I don’t know what to tell you” FFWD to when our bill recently went up to $112 I knew it was time to leave. The new place we are storing our items has SECURITY and cameras!

Easy payment. No hassles. Relatively inexpensive.
