Once someone comes to use your unit at the determine price it is criminal to send a letter saying basically I know we agreed to charge you this but we're raising your rate next month. We have no say I started there at $70 a month every time it was sold or something I always got a new letter saying it's being raised. I was now paying $90 a month and right before I moved out I was getting the letter saying it's about to go to over $100 a month. That's criminal just say hey we're changing your rate cuz we want more money.

I gave this score because of the late fee, the lien fee and putting a lock on the unit after the 5th day of the month. The company wasn't willing to work with me on these fees. I was going through a financial hardship, but no assistance from the company. I just want to say that the Managers at the Tamarack Circle location were great, I had no problems with them, they were the best, it was the company. Also, I think that the increase in the fees for the unit was too high.

The unit was easily accessible to me. The door was easy to lift and to close. The manager was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. I would definitely use CubeSmart again.

The rent increased twice in one year. Definitely not something that I am interested in, not knowing how often it will continue to increase.

Clean and staffs are well trained

Y’all aren’t understanding I’m7 months pregnant and I said I’d have the money just a few days after and y’all wouldn’t help me out so now I have to get rid of all my stuff I hate yall!
