The morning I showed up with movers my unit door was halfway closed. My unit was burglarized and trashed. $50,000 in losses insurance for $5,000. Still charging me for rent because that shady manager said just get whatever you can salvage don’t worry about cleaning. I am traumatized and pray I never have to use storage again in life. I took a big loss and with no accountability or empathy from the business that caused me great loss.

My stuff was in storage for 24 hours the next day I got a phone call from the supervisor saying that to my broken in my storage. I believe it was an inside job.very upset never again

The phone representative and in person rep both did an excellent job making sure they found exactly what I needed and made sure the move in was smooth and stress free. The in person rep Mr. Jeff was extremely helpful and he made sure I knew all the codes and that access was ready and easy.

Because there is to much theft going on an there is no security cameras for the entire property an there is people living in the units

The property I was at, not very secure. Our unit had an attempted break in, we moved to a bigger unit and then it was broken into and we lost so much.The staff was horrible to deal with from the top down.I would not recommend this place to ANYONE.

I rented an indoor unit. My unit was broken into, there are no cameras on the property, inside smelled like smoke, several lights inside did not work. Manager stated that break ins are frequent there.

Loved the faculty until rent keep increasing
