My unit was burglarized in less than 24hrs the attending employer would not allow to look a video footage. I signed up for the protection plan and got a reference number but have not heard back from anyone Started to think CubeSmart is a scam.

I had things in storage that got damaged due to mice and can not get in contact with anyone to discuss my issue.

They were understanding due to the fact public storage caught fire and I had to have my stuff out and very much cheaper like 60 dollars less when u live in your car that helps out alot so thank u for being there when the ppl needs you guys customer service was AMAZING🙂
