So many hidden fees

When we removed our belongings there was mice poop all over our things

I absolutely loved the location, but I was unable to continue with you due to the many break-ins that I saw on my last day there.

Unit was locked and not cleaned. Rented over a week ago. Our stuff is wet from the rain because we had to call and get the locked removed.

Price- started within reason but keep rising. Should be the opposite ( the longer you stay - the less you pay )

Storage unit was broken into twice within 30 days

I was trying to see if there was any kind of help since my payment keeps going up and up and up we had had a death in the family and we have been storing stuff for a long time and I’ve not been able to get it out and we’re trying to get caught back from that and I was just seeing if there was any help not only was I offered nothing at all and not treated very nicely. I was lied to.

The storage was broken into a few days after moving my items in. It was also broken into a month ago. This caused me to remove all my items from the storage. The location is 3391 South High St Columbus Oh
