Good until raised cost for long term renter

- some payment types need a “convenience fee” to pay.- rent went up 2 or 3 times with just an email and no reason why. And it was drastic increases.

Great Services and clean storage. Easy access to storage. I had no issues with storage.

1. Could never speak to a live representative to address any of my issues2. Raised my fees without contacting me.3.Never returned my email.4. Charged me rent the same month that, that secured property got broken into. Unapologetically terrible customer service as a company. These people leave their people in the trenches without any support.
