The people who manage the store are kind and helpful. The facility is generally clean and it feels safe.I am frustrated at the continued increases for rent. We have been in the unit since ‘02 and never missed a payment yet our rent was now over $1000. Someone just coming in for the first time would have paid around $650 with a month free. That is not a way to treat your dedicated customers.

The Roberts Rd facility in Columbus, OH is extremely well run, clean, and safe. Your employee Cam is a real gem, he is so thorough, friendly, and efficient. As the public-facing employee of that facility, you are well represented and I’d rent there again just knowing he takes such good care of everything and the facility is safe, clean and secure.
