I had problems with my unit from the start. The manager had left an hour prior to listed closing and was unable to assist me with the initial locker problems.When I returned a few months later to clean out my locker, I found that I was not e-mailed a confirmation of any kind when moved to a new locker. By some miracle there was a physical staffer present, they were sassy and unhelpful. The staff told me to check my e-mail, and we went through every e-mail from cube smart together because they didn't believe I never got the new access code. They gave up and pointed at a payment receipt and said this is the new gate code...only to find it wasn't...at all.The phone customer service was mostly great. Overall I didn't enjoy the problems I encountered.

I really appreciated the attention the manager gave to me when I rented the unit. She was very kind and polite. She wanted the best unit with the best promo advertised. I have rented before never treated so kind.

I know the cost of doing business continues to increase, and very hard to continue to keep paying more. So I figured it would be beneficial to have a larger storage building constructed on my property.
