Well, I’m really not how much I’m going to pay? It is way too confusing on the app! Plus, I could not opt out of the insurance and I paid for it and it said that I could cancel it at any time, but I don’t see any way in the app to do that so I called and someone called me back and left a message. So, I have to take even more time to call again to tell them I don’t want the insurance. How much I’m going to be charged for what needs to be much much much clearer! I feel like I’m getting scammed!

This was one of the worst storage experiences I’ve had, and I’ve used multiple facilities around Columbus.My unit was in the basement, which consistently had bugs and a strong mildew smell. It never felt clean or secure, and honestly felt unsafe at times. The elevator was also unreliable—working maybe half the time—which meant I often had to use the stairs while carrying items. Those stairwells were not well maintained and felt like something out of a horror scene.On top of that, there were continuous rent increases with no visible improvements to the facility. It’s frustrating to pay more while conditions stay the same or get worse.Since leaving, I moved to Tri Village Storage just a few minutes away, and the difference is night and day—clean, secure, and excellent customer service. I only wish I had gone there from the beginning.Also, having only a couple carts available for residents is extremely inconvenient and should be addressed.

The building is unsafe and running with homeless people. The theft and crumbs is rampant. The elevator has injured people and the company and manager were very unhelpful. The elevators have been down constantly and when initially went to move out from the 4th floor I was told even though the elevator was out I could have used the stairs and would be charged another month.

Over the many years I’ve had units in this building, there have been problems. At one point the bathrooms were taken away (outside of the office bathroom during office hours) which made things really inconvenient for moves that took a long time, 24 hour access was removed, the dumpster was removed, and at one period of time, carts weren’t made available. My unit was broken into and I was not informed. The unit was flooded at some point and there was mold growing in all my belongings. When I called about the break in and the flooding, I was met with less than pleasant or understanding response. On top of all this, the rent increase each year despite these issues, feels unreasonable for the service provided.
