When elevators werent working on move in day, the solution was very helpful. Great customer service and i really appreciated keeping the price of my original unit but having the first floor temperature controlled unit. Kind smiling people in the office. Well-spoken people on the phone, not robots!

The cubesmart on chestnut street is disgusting and a horrible representation of what a business should be,

Elevator is constantly broken. Very hard using stairs. Freight elevator is totally boarded off. Stairwell is used as a bathroom. People are living in their units and urinating in the stairwell. No carts or Dollies. Lights shutoff constantly and put you in the pitch dark when accessing your unit.

Very frustrating experience. Delayed my move in due to elevator issues. Came to CubeSmart because of multiple price increases at a competitor. Two months ago I was informed of 30% proce increase. Had to delay my move out due to new elevator issues. I would never recommend this site to anyone

It was easy access

It smell awful, the lighting is outdated, and accessibility is terrible. The elevator or door is often broken. There is no financial accommodation or account adjustments when the unit is difficult to access due to the above, especially on high heat days.
