You raised the rent 30% for no reason, no notice, a month before my payment was due. The staff in thr office is rude, and the unit was dirty when I got it. Never again will i spend money with cubesmart.

It costs too much. It started out at 99$ a month and then it ended up 184$

The security was terrible. Had our storage broke into and half of our important household items stolen we did not get any communication about the break in untill a week later after the incident happened!!! The main gate has been broken for over a month and has not been fixed so the worker would lock the gate up earlier
