The Manager and District Manager at my Commerce City Location is absolutely the best. Very accommodating and quick to fix even minor problems. There customer service is above and beyond.

You raised the rent 30% for no reason, no notice, a month before my payment was due. The staff in thr office is rude, and the unit was dirty when I got it. Never again will i spend money with cubesmart.

It costs too much. It started out at 99$ a month and then it ended up 184$

The security was terrible. Had our storage broke into and half of our important household items stolen we did not get any communication about the break in untill a week later after the incident happened!!! The main gate has been broken for over a month and has not been fixed so the worker would lock the gate up earlier
