Primarily customer service. The staff at my CubeSmart are exeptional, kind and friendly. Brian was especially on point when I was moving out. Providing me a cart and periodically checking in on me to ensure everything was okay.

I LIKED BRIAN THE MANAGER< BUT FOR LONG TERM STORAGE YOU KEPT JACKING UP THE RATES< THE PROBLEM IS YOUR A CORP STORAGE RUN UNIT NOT LOCAILY OWNED!!!!!!AND YOU RAISED MY TO THE HIGHEST RATE IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER IN THE "TEXAS HEAT!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I RENT FROM A NATIONAL CORP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
