I was told over the phone that it was going to be $50 for my 5x10 unit when I arrived pick up the keys and pick out the unit they told me it was then $66 and I had to buy a lock which I was not advised on my phone call and then three or four months later my rent went up to $78 which it's not worth that and there's no reason for you to raise my rent so fast maybe every year but not every three four months. And then when I turned in my key I was thinking that you'd be turned the money for the lock that I had to buy that I can't use anywhere else and she said you can donate it back but we don't buy them back

Nice storage unit, friendly staff

It's very nice location and the price was unbeatable with great customer service. There are hidden fees that I think would be appropriate to communicate to customers such as the mandatory $16 monthly insurance should be included in the initial quote and the fact that 1st month is not truly Free it includes fees.
