This location was very easy to access. The property was always clean and always had trolleys available to use to move our stuff from the bottom floor.

Elevators not working, gate not always working, not enough carts for all renters.

We’ve used CubeSmart for over six years because we travel often and we trust them. We recently moved back to Texas and we’re renting at a location nearby. We decided that we needed a bigger unit after having another unit at the same location for a few months, but had a question for the representative on site. When we went into the office, she had a very bad attitude and seemed like she didn’t wanna be there and didn’t want to really help. Her customer service is terrible and it almost seemed as if she was disgusted by us. It didn’t feel very welcoming and she wasn’t helpful. Other than that, the facility is clean storage units are good.

I was told over the phone that it was going to be $50 for my 5x10 unit when I arrived pick up the keys and pick out the unit they told me it was then $66 and I had to buy a lock which I was not advised on my phone call and then three or four months later my rent went up to $78 which it's not worth that and there's no reason for you to raise my rent so fast maybe every year but not every three four months. And then when I turned in my key I was thinking that you'd be turned the money for the lock that I had to buy that I can't use anywhere else and she said you can donate it back but we don't buy them back

Always helpful, very courteous and staffed during working hours. Extremely clean and location convenient.
