The customer representative was very friendly, clean location and security is important.

Because the monthly rent was increasing without my prior knowledge. First increase was almost $30 and then increased another $2. I think that cubesmart should do a better job of communicating an increase to their customers at least 30 days prior. I did feel my property was secure and Brian was very helpful and informative.

Unit was great but I felt the price was to high. You went up to 168 per month on a 10x20. I got another unit close by for 113 per month
