1. 3 months after we rented the storage unit, the rent was raised > 10%. There was no opportunity to negotiate nor research alternative options--we were stuck paying the increased price.2. I always paid the monthly rent on or around the first of the month; thus, I have already paid through Nov. 19; yet, I was told I would not get a refund for the 30 days beginning Oct. 19 through Nov. 19, even though our unit was cleaned out and I ended the service on Oct. 14. This is just bad business.

The facility that I was leasing at was terrible about communication when systems were down, and we were unable to access the unit. When this happened. I was directed to contact the corporate line and did as well as leaving emails and got no response. I had to pay out of pocket for something that was inside my unit that I could not access during the time of the outage. There was never any resolution given, or even a response. The front office at the location. I was leasing from closes on Thursdays, which is extremely inconvenient. And had a bad habit trying to lock my unit when I was less than 10 days late on payment.
