Very good service, staff and location. However, after 25 years at the site it became too expensive.

I am an Army service member that was assigned overseas and used the storage unit while I was away for almost 3 years. While I was away the unit got flooded 3 times. The 2nd time was one of the worst and had to pay someone to assess the damage and clean the unit. When asked to move my unit, I was told that I couldn't. I really had no choice, then it flooded for a 3rd time due to an issue with the city, which I have not gotten too much information about. Came back and was able to get eyes on all the damage and there was not only water damage but also mold, I also found a dead mouse in my belongs but also mouse poop all over the storage unit. Considering I was paying for a climate control unit, it did not feel like it was climate-controlled unit. Of all the time I was there when I was clearing out my unit, I did not hear the AC unit come on at all. I've had different storage units over the years at different locations, this was the worst experience of them all.
