Other than your store lead, the service was bad. My bill constantly went up, and I would have RAT feces all over my items. Only one month was given to me free, and that still didnt cover the damages that occurred to my items!

The unit was fine. The price was increased twice from date of move in, May 2024 until move out, January 2026, which is less than two years and quite excessive.

The reservation was accepted with easy over phone . The check in was thorough to make sure of item being stored even though I had stored same item here before.. Space was easily accessible and plenty of room

Overall first impressions are good - clean, well managed, friendly staff. We haven't been with this service long enough to form a well thought out opinion.

Rats, poor cooperate policy and poor customer service.

It’s an okay area nothing special or horrible on my end price kept going up on my little unit no complaints about anything else important though

When I went back to check on belongings after 1 week of live in, my things were infested with ant. I took pictures and videos and submitted claim just for them respond with “insurance will not cover insects/ rodents infestation”. I had ti throw out tots and electronics because there was no telling what was in the crevices.

Nice staff, clean area, never had issue with safety or security.

It is close, convenient and clean. There is an actual person on site to assist
