Friendly staff that explains storage renting procedures well.

I have had nothing but problems from having miscommunication not being able to reach management. I had my stuff destroyed, but still there’s no point in even covering it for damages because I still lost everything. I have even gone down to a very small storage unit because I’ve lost so much money dealing with y’all. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and I’ve only kept my stuff there had to complete desperation.

Very convenient to my place of residence

Except for the fact the price kept increasing for no apparent reason other than change of ownership and time, this storage allowed easy access and helped us for nearly 20 years keep items we felt we needed, but had no room to store at home, safe and secure. We initially rented to unit when our son returned from college and needed some place to keep his belongings. Overtime it became our storage area.

Service is very good, however pricing is not
