Too many rate increases! Price too high! No credit for days unable to access storage because of street work. No prorated credit after moveout.

The constant price hikes are very unnecessary and force people to move out. You should offer longer term rates that are fixed up front. Increasing rent every 6 months is part of your game and its not client focused. Your cost is not increasing that much and you are just trying to make money of passive clients that may not be paying attention. Very scammy.

We were broken into twice and flooded once.

It got broken into twice doesn’t matter the lock. There was little help and no cameras inside. I constantly had to worry about my stuff and it did not matter how tightly I locked it. I lost thousands of dollars

Everyone was so nice and professional plus the unit was very clean.

This place is great . When you walk in Roddy is great . Then the facility is immaculately clean. It is all metal so it never has a funny smell

The front desk is closed often. It is hard to get a hold a someone in the office. And the price went up 3x what it started at in 3 years.
