Too many price increases.

It’s a very smooth process of obtaining a unit as well as when moving out.

The storage processes are simple and effective. Customer service has always been good.

Bad customer service, too many times units broken into, and too expensive.

Would not recommend because: there is no customer service, storages were broken into 4 times, nothing changed, no camera installs on interior; had water damage in basement area informed them never got back to me, rent kept increasing and cheaper elsewhere, difficult to get a hold of front office over phone or in person sometimes, high turnover of staff. Had 2 units with them for years and still not care about customers. Glad to be gone.

Over the past year, there have been several things that have happened that I don't like. First, when I requested a new (additional) unit, I was not able to get the discounted price that a new customer would receive. There seems to be no appreciation that I have been a valued customer for years. Second, one of my storage units (on the 2nd floor) leaks in several places when it rains. Some of the cardboard boxes and plastic totes got wet. Third, with numerous facility problems (elevators out of order, gates not working, and access doors that don't close all the way), it just seems to be too much of a hassle for me to get to my storage units. However, there don't seem to be enough deterrents to keep thieves out. On the day I was moving out of B023, a guy told me that thousands of dollars worth of his stuff was stollen from his storage unit. Forth, I don't like that the one restroom on the property is in the office and only accessible when someone is in the office. But the last straw for me was receiving two postcards showing that my rent for both of my 10x15 units would be collectively increasing by $91. By moving everything to two 10x20 units at Public Storage, I will be getting more space and actually spend $143.00 less. In this economy, I think it was very "tone-deaf" to raise rent by that much.

Everyone that works there is so polite and the customer service is top notch.

Always clean and neat. Staff was courteous and polite and able to handle any issue I may have had. However, there was almost no issues that I remember.

The facility access was awesome. Never did I have an issue. The storage locker was cleaned and never did I see any rotten droppings inside. The storage facility was always cleaned.
