Everyone was so nice and professional plus the unit was very clean.

This place is great . When you walk in Roddy is great . Then the facility is immaculately clean. It is all metal so it never has a funny smell

The front desk is closed often. It is hard to get a hold a someone in the office. And the price went up 3x what it started at in 3 years.

The storage processes are simple and effective. Customer service has always been good.

Bad customer service, too many times units broken into, and too expensive.

Would not recommend because: there is no customer service, storages were broken into 4 times, nothing changed, no camera installs on interior; had water damage in basement area informed them never got back to me, rent kept increasing and cheaper elsewhere, difficult to get a hold of front office over phone or in person sometimes, high turnover of staff. Had 2 units with them for years and still not care about customers. Glad to be gone.
