Accommodating

The person that works there is fat and lazy and does not like to be at work on time and is ignorant a fat. I tried to ask them for help the one time I saw them at work and they just gave me an attitude the experience with this place is terrible and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Maybe one in another city but the one specifically in Corona off the green river exit that one is pure trash. Ingrid’s to be so nice to the fat woman that works there but her attitude and work ethic is the worst.

Rate hikes spiked my unit from $99 per month to $434 per month. I spoke with the office staff and they offered me a smaller unit for $125 per month. After moving all of my items to the smaller unit, I went to the office to close out my original unit and was told that now the new unit will be $175 per month, not $125 per month, like I was initially told. Shady business practice! I tried contacting the district manager, Dana Hicks, several times, leaving multiple messages. I still have not received a response from her and it has been over one week.
