The facility was old and deteriorated. The lights were often not working, and there were always an abundance of bugs, e.g. spiders, roaches, etc. The rates were always going up too.

I left my moms items in your storage for 3 years after she passed. When I went to check on it everything was full of mold and had to be thrown away. I checked on it once every 6 months so the mold damage happened it theblast 6 months
