1 month after I stored everything I had in your storage I had my storage broken into. All my jewelry was stolen along with my wedding ring and family jewelry that I had been given. They also broke the top of the box that my husband ashes was in it was crushing. Every box I had taped up was broken into. I still don’t know how much was stolen. No compensation for any of it just had to keep paying 254 dollars a month. Very sad

My unit was broken into, and I lost over $3000 worth of oriental rugs. There was no accountability by CubeSmart for FAILING TO KEEP MY PROPERTY SAFE.

Out of all the units that you guys have on Spi D, I’m the only one that got broken into someone targeted me and no one knows that I’m staying there and they got broken into in a climate controlled, stole my tools
