I’ve had no problem with you guys. I’ve been at that location for over four years even before you guys took over.

The previous owners of the storage unit were very kind and understanding of my financial situation. They heard me out and listen whenever I was struggling to pay my rent on time the aggressive emails I constantly received from CubeSmart when I was behind on payments showed that they had no compassion, nor wanted to understand what I was going through I was paying for the smallest unit on the lot that was not climate controlled. and my rent kept going up and up. Finally I had enough of it and decided that going with a different unit despite being a loyal customer for over eight years was more worth it than staying.

I was a valued customer for years and you came in bought the company without continuing the business practices that made the site profitable in the first place.

Travis in front office always very friendly and respectful. He would come out and check to see if everything was ok and asked if we needed water for myself and movers. It was a hot day so he showed concern and mentioned for us to be safe.
