I have a very good experience with CubeSmart, and lots of understanding from everyone there when I have needed it.

Unit was nice, easily accessible, using the app to open the gate was convenient but price increase was putting too much strain financially. It's understandable with cost of living going up but I had to find something within my price range.

I would not recommend this storage facility. Unfortunately, my storage unit was broken into, and from what I have heard, break-ins seem to be a recurring problem here. The property does not feel very secure, and it appears that people can easily access the facility by jumping over the fence.When you're paying to store your belongings, security should be a top priority. However, I did not feel that adequate measures were in place to protect customers' property. It was very frustrating and disappointing to discover that my unit had been compromised.I understand that no storage facility can prevent every theft, but stronger security, better monitoring, and improved access control would go a long way toward protecting customers and giving them peace of mind. Based on my experience, I would encourage others to carefully consider the security of this facility before renting a unit.
