Too many price hikes. Y’all act like they’re apartments. Y’all refuse to take biweekly payments.

The reason is because after paying $69.00 a month for a 10x10x8 unit for the past three months I was suddenly informed that my rent would jump to $91.00 a month. That is a big jump especially since I had just spoke to a unit neighbor a couple of units down who told me they were only paying $51.00 a month for the same size unit. I felt like I was going to be charged for the difference that they weren't paying. I had intended to rent until the end of the year but after all this information, I feel like I am being wronged.

You have raised my storage price twice in or about a year. Which is baffling because you have multiple properties in the cc area. Which is weird because what upgrades are you doing. Y’all don’t work with your tenants. You have multiple fees labeled convenience fees. When all the work is us
