Great experience

Stormy the manager was rude to us and very unprofessional, and we had told her that we would have our things out by the weekend because that's my only days off,and was rude to my wife and was trying to charge us 2 days but already agreed that we would have our stuff out sat..she got upset when we didn't pay what she wanted and threatened us to be put on a black list which this is our second time renting from her and we never had issues before,she was very unprofessional. I will never use cubsmart again because of her and I will not recommend anyone to this location in Corsicana Tx

The parking lot was full of holes and water pooling everywhere! When I had to move to my new apartment the moving company had to load in the front of the building instead of the rear of the building because the back parking lot was finally getting fixed! My unit was just two units from the back parking lot, which would have made loading so much easier!I am so glad Cubesmart/Corsicana is finally doing something to fix the parking lot!Overall the rate was good the front desk people were outstanding.

First and foremost, the redheaded (short hair - think Karen cut) woman who works in the front office has absolutely zero customer service skills when it comes to someone who is dealing with a problem. She lied about calling me back on several occasions, she doesn’t respond to “text inquiries” that she swore were the best way to get ahold of staff aside from calling, and my favorite part, her lying to me about contacting the head of the accounting department to sort out why I was being charged $30 after CubeSmart took the amount from my account as an EFT. This happened TWICE. I had to drive 20 miles down the road to speak to her in person so she could be the LEAST unhelpful and suggested that I have my bank dispute the charge.This brings me to my second point, stop charging people a fee if you’re just going to remove it from the bank via EFT. Wtf is wrong with you people?! Fix your accounting system and leave people alone.

From the very day of obtaining the storage the manager was professional, the facility clean, and the staff knowledgeable.

The place was clean, smelled nice, and dry with no bugs! We kept all of our wedding stuff here including my dress and my now husbands suit and they were perfect because the units were such good quality.
