Staff was amazing and so very helpful!The favility is efficient on lighting and extremely clean.

Because the local store address has not good customer service.In addition, I have not received any feedback related to my refund.They told me they will contact Corporate and they will send me an email and so far anything from Corporate office.I have to go to online and I have to speak with local service and no resolution. I have to cancel the storage.

Nice place but think it could be more secure. Was not please to see wire fence with open top of my unit. Someone could get on top, cut wire easily and gain access to my stuff. It was my biggest problem

Stormy the manager was rude to us and very unprofessional, and we had told her that we would have our things out by the weekend because that's my only days off,and was rude to my wife and was trying to charge us 2 days but already agreed that we would have our stuff out sat..she got upset when we didn't pay what she wanted and threatened us to be put on a black list which this is our second time renting from her and we never had issues before,she was very unprofessional. I will never use cubsmart again because of her and I will not recommend anyone to this location in Corsicana Tx
