First and foremost, the redheaded (short hair - think Karen cut) woman who works in the front office has absolutely zero customer service skills when it comes to someone who is dealing with a problem. She lied about calling me back on several occasions, she doesn’t respond to “text inquiries” that she swore were the best way to get ahold of staff aside from calling, and my favorite part, her lying to me about contacting the head of the accounting department to sort out why I was being charged $30 after CubeSmart took the amount from my account as an EFT. This happened TWICE. I had to drive 20 miles down the road to speak to her in person so she could be the LEAST unhelpful and suggested that I have my bank dispute the charge.This brings me to my second point, stop charging people a fee if you’re just going to remove it from the bank via EFT. Wtf is wrong with you people?! Fix your accounting system and leave people alone.

The place was clean, smelled nice, and dry with no bugs! We kept all of our wedding stuff here including my dress and my now husbands suit and they were perfect because the units were such good quality.
