Staff is helpful and professional. Always feel safe here and the areas are all very well-lite, and I love the pull inside area for unloading.

The people that work at the Countryside location are friendly and helpful. That location is clean well maintained.I would recommend this to all my friends.

Every time I went through the first gate, I had to get out of my car and manually punch in a code to open the the entrance to the main storage facility this doesn’t make any sense because if it’s raining, then I have to get out of my car part of the reason why I used or chose CubeSmart was for this convenience which they did not supply

No complaints with process

Too often I’d come to get or bring something from or to my wine locker and no one was there, or the time noted on the door for someone to return was wrong or changed. It was inconvenient and annoying,

I'm still a CubeSmart customer--instead of two units, I now have just one. Reason for the rating is that I like the facility itself and the office staff, Mamie specifically, have been great to deal with. There was a recent mistake when I was auto invoiced for a unit I had already cleared out two days prior (unit 270), and the invoice itself was dated for 2/10--in my tenure with CubeSmart, unit 270 has never been billed as early as the 10th of the month so getting the invoice that early was unusual. That's the reason for the "9" rating instead of "10." I did call the office on 2/10 to get the invoice matter resolved for unit 270, and Laura was helpful in doing that.

Nice people, nice space, but bit pricey for outside truck spot.

Overhead doors are in constant repair, carpet is in horrible condition and the employees aren't very helpful.

Building is old and run down. I had continued problems with billing. I had had 2 storage units that were the same size but was charged 40 dollars more for one. I asked at the front desk why and she could not tell me why. Your employees are not very helpful or friendly.
