Mamie, the store manager was very helpful and even saw we had failed to install a lock on our unit after we moved in The lock we tried to use didn't fit and we were returning with another one but it was still very good that she called us.

Very easy process! The one thing is when I took clothes home from my unit and wore them, I got an allergic reaction from something in the unit but other than that, a great experience!
