David on site was very thorough in explaining everything. He was PERSONABLE. Pricing is in line with other storage units in the area. Units were well maintained and area is secure.

Price increases are way too much. Feels like you are forcing people out. Just not a great feeling.

Helpful, courteous, overall a great experience. The cost increase was a huge jump though.

Safe and clean area

In the 2 1/2 years of renting from CubeSmart I saw my rent charge go from $200 to $409. That's double the amount. Yet, the advertisement for new storage rentals is still listed in the lower $200 range. What increased services did I get? Still had cameras and lights and fencing. Nothing different. Did the attendant get a $200 raise? Probably not and I'm sure my units were not the only ones that saw an increase. Money grabbers if you ask me!
