FIRST THE MANAGER DAVE AND STAFF ARE AWESOME ,FRIENDLY, HELPFUL,NO BS,THEY ARE NOT ONLY THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WANT, BUT GOOD CARING GENUINE PEOPLE THAT ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH, AND NOT ONLY HELP GET THE RIGHT UNIT YOU NEED, BUT ENJOY TALKING TO,NOW THE STORAGE UNIT AND THE SURROUNDING AREA ARE VERY NEAT AND CLEAN WELL MAINTAINED, 5 STARTHE ISSUE IS THE PRICE IS REALLY GOOD AT FIRST, BUT EVERY YEAR THE INCREASES ARE COSTLY, IF YOU RENT SHORT TERM THE PRICE IS AWESOME AND FAIR , BUT IF YOUR A LONG TERM RENTER LIKE ME ,THE INCREASES ARE SO EXPENSIVE, STARTED AT ABOUT $225 FOR 10X25 (I WAS A LOYAL CUSTOMER ,PAID ON TIME, ) AND MY FINAL RATE WAS $435 THEY DON'T REWARD LONG TERM RENTERS, YOU WOULD THINK SHORT TERM WOULD BE MORE EXPENSIVE AND LONG TERM SHOULD BE REWARDED, FOR THEM ITS GUARANTEED INCOME EVERY MONTH FOR YEARS..OR AT LEAST LONG TERM SHOULD HAVE INCREASES (LIKE UP TO $20-$25 ABOUT 10% A FAIR REASONABLE INCREASE NOT $65+ YEAR, 25-30% YEAR) AFTER 3 YEARS JUST TO EXPENSIVE!!!!NOW TO RENT THE SAME UNIT STARTS AT APPROX $250 IF INCREASES WERE REASONABLE AND ABOUT A 10% PER YEAR ,THEY COULD COUNT ON GUARANTEED INCOME FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS FOR LONG TERM CUSTOMERS,, I WOULD HAVE STAYED FOR AT LEAST 8+ YEARS ,THANKS, TODD SCAWTHORN
