Bumping the price up 25% after 3-months, never again.

The staff were very friendly at the Cranford CubeSmart and cared a lot for the premises!Renting and ending the rental were both very easy processes. They had a radio on during office hours, which made the unit feel more friendly. We did have an issue where our elevator was down for months, which just so happened to be during a time we really needed it available. That inconvenience and slow maintenance is the only reason for a less than perfect score. We would still use the facility again!

I noticed the charge for my 10x10 unit on the second floor with spotty lift was substantially higher than represented. I believe you owe me a refund.

Super friendly staff, many options available for storage needs. 24 hr access to units is perfect for my busy schedule. Location is kept very clean, no pest activity noticed which is essential. I will definitely rent space for future needs.
