Unit f111 When I moved my things in the unit it wasn’t clean. It took me an hour to sweep it out before I put my things in it.2 there wasn’t a light bulb in ours. When we put one in, the light did not work. We tried several bulbs none worked. We noticed there was a second wiring that lead to the unit next to ours.3. Our rental price went up 2x in less than a year. (the second increase was going to begin next month)4. We emptied our unit two days before my next billing cycle but I was charged anyway for a new month. I had contacted the office ahead of time but was still charged. I’m waiting for my reimbursement

Very convenient location, drive up access, nice sized unit, not very often someone is accessing a unit nearby to cause traffic issues.

Raised my rate by 80 dollars once they took over old company.

The storage unit was filthy from the start. Water and dust would get into my unit. I mentioned it to the manager of that location. All I got was I would monitor it and see what happens. I even offered to replace the door seal myself, but I was denied.

The process of storing my stuff was a lot easier. The store manager was friendly and gave assistance the whole time. I like the place, rent is cheap
