Gets expensive

Pre-registered on-line. When I and my wife went to the Cromwell CT location with a load to drop off, the attendant left a BE BACK AT 3:30 in the door. Waited about 15 minutes. We found out the attendant was on a break, not helping someone else. Why not break in-between customers? Not that many there, in fact NONE.Website stated total cost for 1st month is $87. That's a lie; it was that plus admin FEE and $16 insurance. I have our own insurance, but she would not wait a day for me to deliver a copy of the policy. I WILL call corporate on that one, and about the $87 1st month's rent - FALSE ADVERTIZING. Attendant IS NOT an asset to the company.

Very pleasant and knowledgeable

Unit was dirty when I first received it. The price hiked up on the 3rd month. The office manager is the best though. Amy i think. She gets a 10.

Bins are super clean. Never any evidence of damage from critters or leakage.
