I like driving right up to the storage unit, it was easy to do the paperwork online, the manager is very nice, the fee is good.

Staff rarely there during posted hours. Frequent price increases 20% and 30% at a time.

Allisa is very friendly and helpful. I always see her working..wether helping customers or sweeping...cleaning. she seems to really appreaciates her cystomers.

Got a 50 percent off discount which was great. Process itself is quite easy. Only thing is the company communication of the move is very poor. No information on the website about how to confirm move out and I had to pay a month extra because of the poor communication. Something that really needs to improve.
