I am paid all the way up until April 6. I found out that my unit locks was cut and cleaned out on March 14. I am being told that a manger will reach out to me. When I call the next day I told again they will have a manager to call me in 24hours. So I’m getting the run around

I will never all my self are my friends are there friends keep anything at cubesmart...there is nothing smart about cube smart. My camper was at that location way before cube trash took it over my bran knew camper was vandalized numerous times. All my tools was stolen there my windows broke at this location my tires stolen .. and my rent went from 60 dollars a month too 180 .$. over knight. Cubetrash im contracting the better business bureau.. this is unbelievable

Upon obtaining price and conditions of the rental unit with representative I was not given total information. When I decided to accept offer and returned to finalize contract, it included additional charges for insurance and a padlock which I was not informed initially. I had my own padlock. The one sold to me only had two keys which could not be very easy duplicated - I suspect CubeSmart has pass keys for these type of locks. Later, there was a pipe burst from a freeze and water entered my unit. The representative did notify me and provided information on making contact with the insurance company. However, that was one sorry company or it employed very incompetent representatives - failure to communicate with a sensible time frame or neglected returning messages left on their phones. They were also very inconsiderate. They wanted everything that was damaged in storage itemized and its cost. I could not inventory a fully pact storage never the less get to the damaged goods. I gave up on filing and took the loss. And to top it off, upon emptying the storage and clean it to close the contract, I discovered excess rat droppings - I have not yet inspected any of my boxes or furniture for possible damages - again will take the loss. Overall, I was satisfied with the convenience security access to the unit and the adequate night lighting. However, I heard from other customers that there had been some break-ins in other units - I cannot substantiate this information.
